I made this yesterday. My kids were hungry and I was tired so I didn’t skewer the ingredients and just put them on a sheet pan. I followed all the other directions including cooking and broiling times exactly as written. I’m going to make it exactly the same next time. The chicken is very lemony and tender. It would be perfect over rice or mixed in with pasta. Thank you for a great recipe!

The marinade in her recipe was made with vinegar but the rest of the recipe was very similar. She would grill them, but looking at this recipe I think I can use the same method and cook my spiedies in the oven too. Though your version looks great too. I will surely try it. Thanks for sharing.
