This is a wonderful recipe! Definitely have to add extra seasoning…perhaps salt and pepper to the sauce at the end. My sauce did not thicken, but I used full fat coconut milk to make it dairy free for my son. I didn’t have non-dairy sour cream on hand. So, I had to add a tad bit more flour or add a pinch of thickener like cornstarch or arrowroot powder.

I love Chicken Fricassee and this is an awesome recipe. I added celery and carrots to it for extra veges and I like a celery base. It was delicious and tasty and everyone loved it.

I just made this for my family. My mom used to make this when we were growing up. It reminded me home. And quite honestly, I had no idea that it was this easy to make. The sour cream mixture and tarragon in the end made it so creamy and delicious.

I enjoyed your comments (and the photos) on this blog! Also a fan of shoes and the Caribbean . . which were both being advertised! It was nice that you included where you got your information, for example the juicy meat concept. I am using the Julia Child recipe this time, wish me luck!
