How about adding milk when the meat is barely past pink along with a dash of nutmeg? Makes it a little more silky and sweet/savory? Otherwise a spot on version, I like tossing the pasta and sauce together!

This spaghetti bolognese sauce was truly delicious. Aaand the best part is that it was easier than I thought. As you suggested, I froze some for later. Great recipe. I will be making it again.
